Shipping
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will take approximately 4-10 business days to arrive, depending on your location. The estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.
What should I do if my order has been delivered, but I cannot find it?
If you cannot locate your package, first contact the transportation company to request a Proof of Delivery. Additionally, check with your neighbors or housemates to see if they have accepted the package on your behalf. If you still cannot locate your package, please go to the Contact Us page and drop your email and we will contact you as quickly as possible:). We always recommend signing for the delivery of your package.
Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns at this time. This is something we hope to offer in the future. However, if you receive a damaged product, we will replace it.
Do you refund shipping costs?
No, we do not refund shipping costs. The shipping fee charged at checkout covers the shipping and handling by the transportation company, and these costs are non-refundable.
I received a faulty item, what should I do?
Please send us an email with your order number, pictures of the fault, and a description of the issue. We will review it and send a free replacement if the fault is ours. Remember, you have 7 days to notify us of any faults.
I received the wrong item, what should I do?
Please send us an email with your order number and pictures of the incorrectly delivered item. We will review it and send a free replacement if the error is on our part.

Can I cancel my order?
While we understand that you may change your mind, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to offer a cancellation window in the future.
